Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026 · Applies to getvaluto.com and the Valuto waitlist

These terms cover this website (getvaluto.com) and the Valuto founding-member waitlist. They are deliberately short: there is no app to use yet, so there is not much to agree to. When Valuto launches, the app will come with its own terms.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Gevelopers LLC (“Valuto”, “we”, “us”), [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Questions: [email protected].

2. The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. You are asking to be told when Valuto launches; we are promising to tell you.
  • You must be 18 or over and give an email address you control.
  • A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access, of a launch date, or of availability in any particular country. We are building a payments product with licensed partners, and timelines depend on them and on regulators.
  • You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

3. Founding members

The first 1,000 people to join the waitlist (“founding members”) receive, once they have access to the app:

  • No Valuto service fee on their first 10 payments. This applies to Valuto’s own fee (currently 1.5%) on payments of up to $50 each. Exchange rates still apply, and fees charged by anyone other than Valuto — a card issuer when you top up, for example — are not covered.
  • Access before public launch, in the order they joined.
  • A say in which country we open next, through the destination poll.

Founding-member benefits are personal, cannot be sold or transferred, and must be used within 12 months of the day you get access. We may withdraw them from anyone who joined with multiple or fake email addresses, or who tries to game the referral system.

4. Referrals

Sharing your referral link moves you up the list when the people you refer join. Referrals only count for real people who join with a working email address. Spamming the link — bulk messages, posting it where it is not wanted, or creating accounts yourself — voids your referrals and may remove you from the waitlist.

5. The figures on this site

The receipts, comparison table and savings examples on this website are illustrative. They use typical bank and exchange-bureau costs and mid-market rates at the time of writing; your own bank may charge more or less. They are there to explain the idea, not to promise a specific saving. Valuto’s fee and the rate you get will always be shown in the app before you confirm a payment.

6. Not a bank

Valuto is a technology provider, not a bank. Payment services in the Valuto app are provided by licensed partners. Nothing on this website is financial advice, and the app is not yet available — no money can be deposited or sent through this website.

7. Using the site

You may browse and share this website freely. You may not scrape the waitlist, probe or overload the site, or submit other people’s email addresses without their permission. The Valuto name, logo and the content of this site belong to Gevelopers LLC; please do not reproduce them in a way that suggests we endorse something we don’t.

8. Liability

This website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a change to, or delay in, the launch of Valuto or the founding-member programme. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your email address and the other information you give us is covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms as we get closer to launch; if a change affects founding-member benefits we will email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there — though we would much rather you just emailed us.
